Governor Fashola yesterday 'arrested' (more like confronted) two senior military officers who drove on the BRT lane at the Outer Marina in Lagos. The Governor was around the area when he spotted the military car driving on the Bus Rapid Transit lane which is meant strictly for the BRT buses, and came down from his own car to confront the men. Though no arrests was made but it seems Fashola is really serious about changing Lagos. well if only Nigerians can agree or what do you think!
