Slim Burna and Nick Nola 'Oya Na' remix collaboration confirmed, Listen to Snippet!

A few months back news broke that Nigerian music star Gabriel Halliday
aka Slim Burna and Ugandan artist Nick Nola were working together on a
remix to Slim Burna's "Oya Na" song. While no set release date was
announced at the time, today, a 1 minute 30 second preview of the
remixed track has surfaced online and it definitely gives a better
picture of what the song sounds like. listen and DOWNLOAD after the cut...

Oya Na remix starts off with solid intro that will keep its listener
engaged and wanting to hear more. While the beat sounds nice,  it's
their vocals that is typically the most prominent feature in the
recording, they sound punchier and livelier, with Nick Nola bringing
in some R&B-flavored pop that blends fine with the Slim Burna style
although nothing changed about his verse. It's quite refreshing and
interesting hearing both artists from different countries on the same
record and still made it work.
The new Oya Na song was produced by Ugandan, producer Washington. It
was mixed and mastered in the US by Lurssen Mastering.
The complete version of the remix can be found on Nick Nola's debut
album "Honey Moon" which features engineers and producers from around
Africa and the world.
Slim Burna recently dropped his free mixtape "I'm On Fire" which went
on to take the third spot on Music Of Africa Top 10 Mixtapes after
being downloaded over 5000 times on the site alone, not including the
number of times it was downloaded on other music websites.  It is
arguably the most successful mixtape ever released from a Port
Harcourt artist.
