Charlie sheen says has taken to twitter to show his disgust about the attitude of Rihanna. According to Charlie, he was celebrating the birthday of his fiancée doctrine and discovered Rihanna was nearby. He sent a letter to her table asking for a meet - greet since his fiancé is a big fan. Charlie says his request was denied.
