WASHINGTON—Mitt Romney attempted to rally Republicans to unseat the president in the wake of a U.S. Supreme Court decision that largely upheld Barack Obama's health care law.
"Our mission is clear," Mr. Romney said Thursday in brief remarks on a roof deck in Washington. "If we want to get rid of Obamacare, we're going to have to replace President Obama."
