Hay has known Middleton since they were 14. The two girls shared a boarding school dormitory together. Hay is a close friend of Kate’s and she tells New Idea:
“They’re planning to make an announcement in December.”
Sources also say Kate has put on some weight recently. On whether the royals want a boy or a girl, Hay says that Kate will be happy with either, although she is hoping for a boy first and then a little sister. Whatever they end up having, it will be beautiful.
