OMG! Justin Bieber Sued For Stealing Credit Card for Penis Enlargement

Justin Bieber bought himself a penis enlargement with a stolen credit card … and he’s also cheating on his GF with Ke$ha, Rihanna and Penelope Cruz … this according to a CRAZY new lawsuit filed in court and obtained by TMZ.  Bieber has been sued in Michigan by a man claiming to be Selena Gomez‘s father — who makes some of the most insane, and obviously untrue allegations ever documented in court.
Here is how TMZ puts the story.

Among the highlights:

– “Bieber has cost me $426.78 and never paid me back. This money was used as abortion money because Justin Bieber got my daughter Selena pregnant in my bedroom, on my canadian bear rug.”
full details when you continue:

– “Usher Raymond came to my house on the forth of july 2012 and sodomized me with a firework and lit it inside my anal area while blaring kate perry [sic] firework song in my ear drums.”

– “[Bieber] gave selena a std and Bieber stole my credit card to buy him and sean p-ditty [sic] combs cocaine to use in drug free school zones.”

– “Bieber also got a penis enlargement with my stolen american express card. ”

The lawsuit concludes … “I’m an emotional mess … America must boycott biebers music!”

We decided not to call Justin for comment — because, well, you know …

Kanye West Sued For Stealing Music

A New York label is suing Kanye West, claiming the Grammy-winning rapper illegally used portions of a 1969 song by New Orleans legend Eddie Bo on his No. 1 2010 album “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
In its complaint, TufAmerica says two tracks on “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” — “Who Will Survive in America?” and “Lost in the World” — include a bit of “Hook and Sling, Part 1″ by Eddie Bo, which TufAmerica says it bought the rights to more than 15 years ago.
TufAmerica claims West’s label Roc-A-Fella paid a license fee of $62,500, but “failed and refused to enter into written license agreements that accounted for their multiple other uses of ['Hook and Sling'].” The label is seeking undisclosed damages for copyright infringement.
In 2010, Kanye West was sued by musician Vincent Peters over a copyright dispute regarding similarities between West’s “Stronger” and a song Peters had sent West’s business associate in 2006. West’s legal counsel referenced the works of philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche, whose maxim “that which does not kill us makes us stronger” is quoted in the song, and the court ruled in the rappers’ favor.
TufAmerica is the same label that filed a copyright-infringement lawsuit against the Beastie Boys earlier this year, the day before band member Adam Yauch died of cancer. That lawsuit claimed the Beasties’ 1980s albums “License to Ill” and “Paul’s Boutiquet” illicitly sampled from two Trouble Funk songs TufAmerica administers.

BIEBER SUED FOR $9 MIL Screaming Fans Destroyed My Ears!!

Justin Bieber's live show is painful to listen to ... so says an Oregon woman who claims she was hit with a "sound blast" at one of his concerts that  left her with permanent ear damage.

According to the suit, Stacey Wilson Betts took her daughter to see Bieber's show in Portland, Oregon on July 14, 2010.

Betts claims it was incredibly loud inside the arena thanks to Justin's shrieking fans ... but Bieber made it MUCH MUCH WORSE when he climbed into a "heart-shaped aluminum/steel gondola" which was pulled out into the crowd (below).
In the suit, Betts claims Bieber "created a wave like effect of screaming by pointing into various sections of the arena. Then enticed the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion." Betts says the gondola acted as a "sound conductor creating a sound blast that permanently damaged both of my ears." As a result, Betts claims she now suffers from tinnitus ... which causes a constant pulsing, whooshing shound that makes it hard to sleep. She also complains of other hearing-related damage. She's suing Bieber -- along with Bieb's record label, the concert promoter and the arena -- and demanding $9.23 million in damages
