Video:Usher’s Stepson Dies After Jet Ski Accident — Pulled Off Life Support

Usher’s stepson Kile Glover was put to rest this morning, July 21, after suffering injuries in a jet ski accident that occurred earlier this month — so sad. Read on for all the details.
Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster sadly laid her son to rest this morning.

Doctors removed 11-year-old Kile Glover from life support after it was determined he could never recover, according to TMZ. The doctors declared he was brain dead on July 8. see full deets and video inside

Tameka is said to have struggled with her decision — as any mother surely would! For the past two weeks, Tameka remained hopeful that there was a miracle. On July 9, Tameka posted a message on her Facebook page saying, “Kile, you are strong…you’ll be saved, I know it. I love you my baby. I need all #prayers for my son. Thank you everybody!”

On July 16, we reported, “Everyone but Tameka has seen the writing on the wall. It’s only a matter of time that her son will pass and not make it as he is doing really bad,” as a source close to the situation revealed to HollywoodLife.com. “But no one is telling Tameka their thoughts, because she is not even considering pulling the plug and is still looking for a miracle.”

In an effort to make things easier for his ex-wife during this trying time, Usher agreed to settle his custody battle with Tameka over their two sons, Usher Raymond V, 5, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, 3. Usher immediately flew Tameka on a private jet to the hospital upon news of the accident.

Kile was like a son to Usher — the pop star and Tameka were married for two years before divorcing in June 2009.

Kile was injured on July 7 while riding in an inner tube on the back of a pontoon. A family friend reportedly, riding behind on a jet ski, lost control and struck Kile.

After 1 week with 11-year-old son Kile Glover on life support after he was involved in a jet skiing accident on Lake Lanier in Atlanta, Tameka Raymond has asked for prayers via her social network.  She tweeted for the first time since the accident, "#Pray4Kile".  She also changed her Twitter background and avatar to a picture of Kile to garner support.full deets inside...

Her ex-husband Usher has been by her side the entire time.  But since Kile was declared brain dead, it seems there have been no significant changes in his health.  But Tameka has not lost hope.

TMZ reports that Tameka's family is considering taking Kile off of life support as early as the beginning of next month.  Or as long as the insurance company will continue to fund as, reportedly, she will not be able to cover the large hospital bills herself.

According to our sources, Tameka can only keep Kyle on life-support as long as her insurance company agrees to pay ... otherwise she doesn't have the funds to cover the enormous hospital bills.

We're told the insurance company hasn't set a specific deadline, but they've made it clear ... they're only willing to shell out coverage for a couple months ... tops.

Our sources say that Usher -- who helped raise Kyle for several years -- has been incredibly supportive in this difficult time... but has NOT offered to pay for any medical bills. We're told Tameka does not see him as a viable financial option.

Usher’s Stepson Receives Prayers From Justin Bieber’s Manager & Mom As Doctors Declare Him Brain Dead

Hours after doctors declared Kyle Glover brain dead, Justin Bieber’s mom Pattie Mallette and manager Scooter Braun sent their prayers to Usher, ex-wife Tameka Foster and their family.

With Usher being Justin’s mentor, it only seems appropriate that Justin’s mom and manager would both send their love towards Usher and his family.

Pattie tweeted, “Please pray for Kile Glover to recover!! This is not a doctors call! Need a MIRACLE!!” And Scooter soon followed by saying, “my prayers tonight go out to @iamRyanGlover and @tamekaraymond.”

USHER TO RELEASE HIS NEW ALBUM IN NIGERIA

Entertainment company MComm, in partnership with Sony Music Entertainment, has announced plans to release Usher’s new album, ‘Looking 4 Myself’ in Nigeria.

Speaking on the partnership, the CEO of Mcomm, Chidi Okeke expressed delight in the relationship between both companies, saying it will afford Nigeria the opportunity to be the first West African country to have an official international release of the album.

‘We believe this will form a foundation for potential future strategic alliances with Sony Music, he said.

The album, which will be available from Friday, June 29, 2012, will be sold in Lagos, Abuja, Port- Harcourt, Enugu, and Ibadan, at designated album stores and retail outlets nationwide.

Meanwhile, the Grammy award winning musician, has described the album which is his seventh, as a record that  will give people ‘an experience.’

USHER I'm Being Stalked -- She Thinks We're Married

Usher believes his life is in jeopardy ... claiming he's being stalked by a dangerous delusional woman who is convinced she's MARRIED to the pop star.

TMZ has learned ... Usher has obtained a temporary restraining order against 26-year-old Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw -- who's listed at 5'2" ... and weighs between 140 and 180 lbs.

According to court docs, Usher claims Darshelle showed up uninvited to his Georgia home on June 23 with the intention of harassing him and his family. Sources close to Usher say she pounded on his front door and demanded to be let in. Read More...

Cops were called to the scene ... where they warned Darshelle to stay away from the property ... and told her not to come back. We're told Darshelle left the home ... but not for long.

Usher says she returned the very next day. Cops were once again called to the scene ... and sources tell us Darshelle tried to convince the officers she was Usher's wife and had simply misplaced her keys.

Cops didn't buy the story ... because USHER'S NOT MARRIED ... and placed Darshelle under arrest.

Usher immediately obtained a temporary restraining order, claiming Darshelle "placed [him] in reasonable fear for his own safety and/or the safety of his immediate family."

Usher is hoping to make that order more permanent during a hearing next month.

For Darshelle's part -- she posted a YouTube video Wednesday, claiming Usher has been secretly funneling her cash since last year, promising to make living arrangements for her. She also says he promised to help with her music career.

In the video, Darshelle insists, "I'm not a stalker ... [Usher] has officially slandered me and defamed my character." She says she plans to file defamation charges against Usher soon.
